    According to the seat heater circuit diagram, the maintenance personnel first removed the NO.15 (20A) and NO.30 (7.5A) 2 control seat heater relays from the dashboard under the fuse / relay box, and then And disconnect the 4-pin connector of the front passenger side seat heater switch and seat heater, respectively. After the measurement of the seat heater switch 6-pin plug on the 5th brown line ground voltage is 0, normal. And then measure the seat heater side of the plug (we were measuring the front passenger side seat bus bundle), 4-pin plug on the 3rd green line and 2 black line without voltage, but found 4-pin plug 4 green Yellow line and 2 black line voltage of 12V, and long-term electricity. According to the circuit diagram analysis, the line should be conductive, so the test results are obviously not normal. Then the front passenger side seat heater 4-pin plug 4 green yellow line 12V long voltage is where the string came from? Because this car in the repair process disassembled the dashboard and carpet, we put the problem Focus on whether there is a related line insulation damage caused by short circuit between the lines caused by string or wire harness connected wrong.
    Through the analysis of the wiring harness layout of the maintenance manual, we can see that the heater harness is integrated with the instrument wiring harness, and the left side reaches the leftmost multi-channel integrated control system (MICS) of the instrument table, and the right side reaches the right side of the instrument table, To the front passenger side seat. When the heater switch is turned off, again measure the front passenger side seat heater green yellow line, no longer voltage, indicating that the original voltage is wrong due to plug from the MICS string over.
    After the vehicle is fully restored, close the door, with the remote control lock car, disconnect the battery negative measurement of the whole car self-discharge current, the test results for 16mA, completely normal.
