Model: Bora 1.6 manual transmission.
     Symptom: the original parking engine idling speed when the transmission noise. The noise is reduced when the clutch pedal is depressed. The noise in the running is the same as the idle speed.
     Troubleshooting: first by checking the transmission oil to determine whether there is a mechanical failure, release the transmission oil was black, indicating a mechanical failure inside the transmission. Disassemble the transmission, check the various parts. Rotate the input shaft bearing when the rotation is poor and the sound is large. Found that the bearing ball has been very serious wear and tear.
     Troubleshooting: Replace the new input shaft bearings and assemble the gearboxes. Test, the noise is normal, the transmission work properly.
